How do I report outages or speak to someone about an issue with the EAS?
To report an outage, or to speak with someone about an issue, contact your assigned Expanded Access Coordinator for assistance. Routine business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (EST). If you receive a system error outside of business hours, and you are not aware of a planned system release or maintenance, please contact your Expanded Access Coordinator for assistance. We will start the investigation immediately and will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible and will keep you informed of any extended outages to make arrangements to minimize your inconvenience.
How do I manage the submission of documents if the system is off-line and it is outside of routine business hours?
Early Access Care is fully able to provide off-line support for any new requests, drug resupply, or forms management. To submit documents to Early Access Care outside of routine business hours, use our secure HIPAA compliant fax:
